Purpose

Information is used to review your requirements, respond to the inquiry and manage the associated project discussion. Please submit only files you are entitled to share. Drawings are optional.

Project records and access

Inquiry processing uses this website and its connected inquiry management system. Submitted records are intended for authorized staff handling the inquiry. Attachments are stored outside the public website directory and are not published in the public media library.

Retention

Inquiry records and attachments are retained for project follow-up and operational records. The inquiry system does not automatically delete submissions. You can request a review of information associated with your inquiry.

Technical information

The website and hosting service may process technical request information needed for operation and security. Administrative login uses WordPress authentication cookies. Public article comments are disabled.

Questions about your submission

Use the project inquiry form to request access, correction or deletion assistance, including your inquiry reference if available. Do not include passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
